We ship orders within 24 – 48 hours.
Shipping method: We use Australia Post for all shipments unless otherwise specified.
Estimated delivery time
Australia Metropolitan Areas: 2 - 4 days
Australia Regional Areas: 4 - 7 days
International: 2 - 3 weeks
Please let us know if your order takes longer than 5 days to arrive. As with all freight, including post, delays can unfortunately occur, but from our side we try and be as efficient as possible.
If there is a delay with your order that we are aware of, we will try and let you know as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase but sometimes things do go wrong, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the goods ordered if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Magazines, books and cards are non-refundable - this applies to all print and digital copies.
Jewellery, Accessories, Clothing, Bags and Homewares: If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please inform us within 7 days of receipt of the goods - email, email@example.com
Please send clear images of the item/s and your order number for us to view and assess the product as we would like to resolve the problem as swiftly as possible.
Return shipping on change of mind is at the cost of the customer. Ensure you register and track your return as we will not be held liable for lost items. A re-stocking fee of 10% of the product value applies if we cannot exchange the item for something else of the same amount. Shipping for replacement/s is at the cost of the consumer.
